Bookings and payments

Bookings for tours and courses are subject to availability. When you submit a booking request, we will confirm availability within 24 hours.

• Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation
• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• We accept major credit and debit cards

Cancellations and refunds

Customer cancellations

• Cancel 48+ hours before: Full refund or free reschedule
• Cancel within 48 hours: No refund, but we may offer a credit
• No-shows: No refund

Our cancellations

If we need to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or alternative date.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Tour and course terms

Visitors participate in tours and courses at their own risk. Our site includes uneven ground and outdoor areas.

• Appropriate footwear is required (no open-toed shoes in the ciderhouse)
• Children under 18 may attend but cannot participate in alcohol tastings
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated
• Photography is permitted for personal use only

Shop and delivery

Products purchased through our online shop are subject to availability. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.

• Free UK delivery on orders over £40
• Standard UK delivery: £5.95
• Customers must be 18+ to purchase alcohol
• Age verification may be required on delivery

Liability

While we take all reasonable care, Butford Organics is not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
